Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

Event Horizon Rider (the “app”) is a game published by Scott Lerch. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Information we collect

None. The app does not collect or transmit any personal information. It does not require an account, and it contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party data-collection software.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress — such as your best times and the highest level you have reached — is saved locally on your device only. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is removed if you delete the app.

Data sharing and sale

Because the app does not collect any personal information, there is nothing to share or sell. We do not share or sell any data to third parties.

Children’s privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your choices

Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. To remove the locally stored game progress, simply delete the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
